ORDERING
What payments do you accept?
Worn accepts most major credit - and debit cards: VISA / Mastercard / Maestro / Discover/ American Express. All transactions are encrypted and 100 % secure. We also offer Paypal without having to enter your credit card details on the website. To register for a Paypal account, please visit paypal.com.

In which currency will my purchase be made?
All transactions will be made in SEK (Swedish krona). We have a currency converter available in our webshop.

Are the clothes washed?
All our pieces are washed and cleaned before we list. We also do quality checks as part of our routine and repair obvious faults. Some flaws can still be visible and not duable to fix. Read and see product information before commiting a purchase.

Are out of stock vintage items re-stocked?
We often restock similar pieces in our webshop so if you have any requests for an item that you would like us to look for when we are sourcing, you can email us at info@wornvintage.se and we be sure to include it in our list of items for next time we buy.

What is the difference between Worn Design and Worn Vintage?
Worn Vintage is our curated collection of vintage and second hand clothes. The collection’s of our preloved clothes are primarily sourced in Stockholm. Worn Design is our own design produced in sustainable materials (deadstock, recycled or vintage).

Where is Worn Design produced?
Our own collections are handmade in India. The clothes have high quality standards and we work closely with our manufacturing partner in India to ensure that every jacket meets those standards. Worn is founded on the value of sustainability, all products made are done so in fair trade and ensuring the working conditions in our manufacturing partner facilities are law-abiding and follow the code of conduct. For transparency and accountability, we are working with several international standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) methodologies and certifications to monitor and manage our supply chain in a sustainable way.

We ship worldwide from our office in Stockholm, Sweden.
When will my order arrive?
For estimated delivery times and shipping information specific to your country please read our shipping information.
When will my order be sent?
Confirmed orders will be shipped on the following business day. An order confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive it or have entered an incorrect email address, please contact our customer service.

Can I buy a gift card?
Worn e-gift cards can be purchased online and you can choose between 500, 750, 1000, 2000, 3000 SEK. All e-gift cards are electronic and you will receive your e-gift card in an email to the chosen provided email address.
How do e-gift cards work?
When purchasing a e-gift card, you can choose to send it to yourself or another receiver. The email will contain a unique code that’s valid for a year from the purchased date. Please note that you can't combine the e-gift card with other discount or promotional codes.

Do you work with retailers?
We currently exclusively partner with Moda Operandi for retail distribution. To ensure the authenticity of our products, we advise customers to only make purchases through Moda Operandi or our official website. If you come across our products elsewhere, it will be fraudulent. For any concerns or clarification, please reach out to our customer support team.

What quality can I expect from my purchase?
We only sell vintage and second hand. The collections may have slight imperfections due to age and previous wear, please appreciate these items for their character. Some examples of minor flaws include and are not limited to; pilling, markings, discolorations, loose threading, and other signs of wear from the previous owner and age. Read the product description where we highlight the possible faults.

Worn is a slow fashion brand that aims to inspire and offer a new way of consumption. We are part of a global movement to make long lasting choices and redefine what fashion is. Worn handpicks every piece from clothes that already exist on this earth and has the ambition to give them new life. With both people and the planet in mind, the brand’s core is ethical consumption. The collection can be worn over time by customers who want to make a difference, we believe it’s the only path there is.
