At Worn our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We ship all confirmed orders on the following business day. If you place an order on Friday (after 11.00 CET) – Sunday, we will ship your package on Monday morning. We ship our orders traceable worldwide. We ship with Postnord in Sweden and Fedex for the rest of the world. We offer four flat rate shipping services on our standard collections. We can ship express for an extra fee and you can choose it when you place the order. 

How much does shipping cost?

Sweden: 79 SEK / 7 EURO / 7 USD

Europe: 169 SEK / 14 EURO / 16 USD

USA: 290 SEK / 25 EURO / 29 USD

Rest of the World: 290 SEK / 25 EURO / 29 USD 

How soon will I get my order?

Sweden: 3 – 4 working days 

Europe: 4 – 7 working days

USA: 6 – 10 working days

Rest of the World: 10 – 12 working days

Taxes / Duties/ Charges 

The Products are sold ex custom duties, taxes and other charges in the country of destination. It is the responsibility of the Customer to investigate and pay all such duties, taxes and charges. 

Lost / missing parcels 

Worn is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost or stolen in the post once sent that are out of our control. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping information for delivery. 



Note our different terms for Worn Vintage or Worn Design. 

Worn Vintage: We do not accept returns or refunds. In order to ensure proper sizing, measurements will be provided in each item description and further measurements are available upon request. All sales are final. 

Worn Design: If you find yourself needing to make a return, we kindly ask you to review the following guidelines:


Any returns or exchanges have to be done within 14 days after you received your order. Note that all items must be returned in original condition, i.e. that they are not used. Please note that missing items or any perfume, make-up, deodorant or stains on the product means that we cannot accept a return so please be careful when you try the items. 


We will not accept refunds on broken, missing, used, faulty or in any way altered items and will be returned back to the customer. If you've received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service before making your return. 

To proceed with your return, please email Make sure to include your full name and order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a return label and further instructions.


We do not stand for the return shipping costs and it will be deducted from your refund. If you’re a returning customer we now offer store credit refunds, if you want. You have to ship your return within 14 working days from receiving your order. We're unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.  If you need further assistance, please email us at and we'll get back to you within 1-2 working days.


Exchange of products: 

Send us an email at with your order number and what you wish to exchange to. We will ship you the new item and a return shipping label for the items that you want to exchange. We will charge you for the return cost. You can return your order for up to 14 days from receiving it. We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days, anything sent to us after 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you. 

Other information:

Our items may have slight imperfections due to age and previous wear, please appreciate these items for their character. Some examples of minor flaws include and are not limited to; pilling, markings, discolorations, loose threading, and other signs of wear and age.

Please ensure you read the description and look at the photos before committing to your purchase. We are always happy to provide further measurements and photos if requested.​ Contact us at if you have any problems with your order. Once an order is placed, it is not possible to cancel it.
